After years of doing my taxes myself this year I went with Duo Tax and have zero complaints. I think this is the first year that I filed a little later but my taxes still come in a reasonable time! Best tax service I’ve ever had, she helped me resolve an old issue. I was really appreciate how Chanique really took her time with everything. Trust me I had a lot of stuff! If your in Ohio or near by states. Please consider doing your taxes here. I promise you won’t be disappointed. The cost was also affordable. Morse rd location got us all the way together. I will be back for future services.

She’s wonderful at keeping your personal information confidential; She keeps you updated on everything that’s going on with your tax return! She’s a pleasure to work with she make time for her clients you can always call her if you have any questions or concerns about your taxes. I even reached out to her even when she was closed for the day with questions and she still answered my phone call and was happy to assist me.
