Excellent service from start to finish. I found Abraham through Google while searching for a truly five-star plumbing professional, after being disappointed by several plumbers who either lacked the proper knowledge, provided inflated estimates that were double or triple the reasonable cost, or didn’t even show up for an assessment. That search led me to Abraham, who stood out immediately. He showed up on time from the very beginning, came out multiple times to properly assess the situation, and took the initiative to do thorough research. His goal wasn’t just to offer a competitive price, but to ensure the work met the exact sump pump criterias requirements for the replacement. Even when the process took a week or two, he never failed to follow up and consistently followed through every step of the way. After nearly a month of back-and-forth communication, questions, and coordination, we decided to place our trust in Abraham. He and the electrical professional he brought in completed the job exactly as expected: professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Abraham without hesitation. To be clear, I did not know him beforehand and was not referred by anyone; I chose him solely based on his reviews and ratings after many disappointing experiences with others in this field. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would.

One evening my old tank water heater broke so I got in touch with Abraham. He was able to order a new tankless system by next day, complete the full installation and haul off the old tank from my roof. In the past he’s installed a garbage disposal and added drainage clear outs for me— always great work and done quickly!

Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs. Abraham is very punctual, knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to answer any questions you have. He replaced several faucets and fixed a toilet for me. He did an amazing job.

I had a great experience with Abraham. He is always punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve used his services several times and he quickly diagnoses the issue and explains everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently and at a fair price. It’s so refreshing to find someone reliable and trustworthy in this field. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!

In this day and age it’s extremely rare to find honest good hearted technicians in this industry that truly care about their customers. DX Plumbing far exceeded my expectations. I miraculously stumbled upon Abraham when I was at Lowes trying to find the right plumbing pipes/tubes to do a DIY project back at home for a wet bar that I had just recently got renovated. The cabinet installer didn’t account for the existing original plumbing and built the bar around it… Needless to say the plumbing was not aligned with the new sink which required extensive work to make the original plumbing retrofit with the new sink/faucet. Abraham overheard my dad and I in the plumbing isle struggling to find the right piping and provided his plumbing expertise. We didn’t ask him or anything. He just approached us out of the goodness of his heart. After we explained the situation he realized that we were way in over our heads and suggested to come to our house to see what really was the problem. We exchanged contact info and Abraham came the following day and knew immediately what the issue was. He went to work on my existing plumbing and already had all the parts/tools he needed to get the job done. Not only was Abraham truly a professional in his craft but he was an angel in how he came about to assist us. I am forever grateful and will become a loyal customer for any future plumbing needs.
