I just got off the phone with Yvonne. She was super nice and helpful. I immediately got the vibe that these guys are the ones I want to call if I have problems with my heating or cooling. And if I need a service person, I will leave an honest review for that person as well. I would like to add to this review. We got our furnace fixed by Zack. He was absolutely great. Very nice guy, professional, honest. Can't ask for more! He made suggestions, stayed on budget, got it working. Furnace works better than ever. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

I am pleased to share my own experience with Dynamic Heating and Cooling. I am a contractor and have been in this business for over 35 years and i have seen a lot of things. I needed an emergency service call on a very cold day this week. I called Dynamic and they sent someone out right away. The technician was able to diagnose the problem immediately. The communication was clear, respectful, professional and the service was top notch! Every person we dealt with was wonderful. Zack came to fix our furnace and did an excellent job. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful throughout the visit. The furnace was fixed efficiently and is now working perfectly. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. I called Dynamic over the summer with a broken AC. Their customer service was excellent and they answered my call promptly and set up an appointment quickly. Kurtis came out and was excellent. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to get the ac back up and running in no time with a great price! I would recommend Dynamic to anyone in need of reliable service at a fair price. Jeff and Andrew Amazing job really well done. They have done amazing job and they thought us what to do during the seasons, it was really helpful. I would recommend this company for any issues with your A/C or heating systems.
