My experience has been nothing of what the reviews state! GIA started out great, conversation was awesome! We booked a time to speak regarding my daughter’s progress and where she was. She understood made me feel completely confident that this was the right program for her, however upon speaking with her a second time and showing me all of the little activities that they would be working on, she stated that spots fill up fast I stated that I was working on step up and obtaining funds to service her. She said okay. I was completely unaware that I only had a week until I followed up with an email stating the spot had been filled! If I knew of the importance to pay right away I would’ve made some sort of arrangement so that my child could get the help she spoke about. Then Ashley emailed me and wrote an extremely long email wanting to know future plans for my daughter, pretty much to see where things were going because I booked her for services at this point. I emailed at or around the 23rd of Feb and from that day to this one I didn’t receive an email back regarding services or help! Awful! Although in the email I stated the reason for delay. Seems it was his OVERLOOKED AND PRETTY MUCH A MADE UP DECISION AMONGST THE TWO THAT THEY DIDNT WANT TO DEAL WITH MYSELF OR MY DAUGHTER. And that’s okay we have obtained services elsewhere! Sad. And so unfortunate.

My son has been working with Miss Gia for about a year. He really enjoys his tutoring sessions, and he has made a lot of progress! It can be hard to hold my son's attention, but Miss Gia is very engaging and keeps his attention the whole time. Highly recommend!

Dyslexic Einstein has made an incredible difference for our family and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone with a dyslexic child. We began our assessment journey with Ashley, and she was kind, thorough, and helpful in getting our son’s initial diagnosis. We then began tutoring on a regular basis with Gia, and I can’t say enough nice things about out her. She engages my son (age 8) in each tutoring session - he’s often happy to go to tutoring because she makes it enjoyable and positive for him. We’ve also seen immense improvement in his reading, comprehension, and spelling. Gia has also been very helpful in our work with his teacher at school, ensuring we have the support needed to continue to advocate for his needs. Dyslexic Einstein offers a fantastic program backed by even better people! I’m so grateful!
