I called EI on Friday afternoon, and work was completed by 12pm the next day. Alden was the electrician, and he was super positive, personable, and easy to work with. Great customer service. We needed to add an outdoor lighting fixture outside our kitchen door. Alden found the most efficient way to do it, picked up the materials, and got the job done quick. I needed an electrician to install my new wired Nest video doorbell. EI responded quickly to my Yelp project request and was able to come out the same day to get the job done. JP arrived on time and got the work done quickly. The estimated cost was discussed before the job started, and after completion was lower because of the lesser cost of the supplies used. Excellent! JP stayed to make sure that I got the video features up and running before he left. He also explained to me what was done and knowing that the job was done correctly and safely is such a relief. The area is clean and everything was installed perfectly. I highly recommend EI and will definitely be getting them to come back when I need more jobs done around the house.
