One of Houston’s greatest MMA & BOXING GYM. Filled with astonishing energy from the coaches to our training partners. You get to be around people from different backgrounds the music is always bumping! I love how the coaches really invest in their fighters & you cannot miss out on the kids classes it’s fun to watch their progression. You will not be disappointed walking into this Gym. Most importantly you do NOT have to have any experience our coaches will build you up ! Don’t let fear hold you back after all we are all in the mats/ring to sharpen each other up .so with that being said COME JOIN OUR TEAM😃

Truly a hidden gym that’s well worth exploring in the East Downtown Houston area. I signed up my 13 year old nephew to take starter classes at EADO Boxing Club and it’s been the best money spent all summer. The class times are flexible, the coaches are passionate, patient and thorough, the members have a diverse background of experience and skill set yet the workouts are so challenging that everyone is drenched in sweat by the end. My nephew has quickly picked up on technique, thanks to the coaching, so much that he’s gone from starter to now sparring in just under two months. The equipment necessary for boxing is affordable and the membership has great value. I highly recommend the starter package for $100/month for both the youth if they’re just beginning then upgrade later on when their skill set has improved. For adults, just jump in there all the way, you’ll thank yourself for it later. Overall, I really like this club and excited to see what comes of it next. Great work EADO Boxing Club!

This is me.. on the floor after a workout I didn’t see coming! It was fun tho and super addicting! The coaches def know what they’re doing and make you want to come back and get in the best shape of your life! A good change from my normal gym routine!

If you are looking for a really good workout, this is the place for you. Quiet as it’s kept, Eado Boxing Club is a hidden gem. You will get a high intensity, full body workout and learn some serious boxing skills. The gym atmosphere is welcoming, inclusive, AND the music be jamming. Coach Roux will encourage, support, and help you to get into the best shape of your life.
