I recently brought in a PC that wasn’t working and Justin was able to diagnose the issue within a couple days. He tested all the PC parts individually and informed me of which part wasn’t working. He was also kind enough to order a replacement part and install it for me. The overall service was prompt, informative, and saved me from the hassle of trying to fix the issue myself. I appreciated how smoothly everything went, from dropping off the PC to pickup and payment. I highly recommend this business if you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable and works quickly. If I could give less than one star, I would. This review is not based on the technician’s abilities, but on the poor customer service. When my husband entered the store, he was the only customer present, yet he was not acknowledged. When he explained the issue he needed fixed, the gentleman did not bother to look at the device or acknowledge the situation. After some time, he finally decided to speak with my husband, but by then the lack of professionalism had already made a strong impression. As a result, my husband chose to leave and take his business elsewhere. He initially chose this location because of the positive reviews and its convenience to our home, which made the experience even more disappointing.

Eagle River Electronics replaced the old battery on my phone (Google Pixel) which was losing charge quickly throughout the day. Justin did a great job and what a difference a new battery makes! This new battery has easily added a few more years to the lifespan of my device.

Justin was helpful and friendly. I was able to drop off multiple items for recycling (without having to make a trip to Anchorage), and one of those items isn't being recycled because he was able to diagnose the issue quickly and easily free of charge. Chonk was also lovely and friendly. Would very much recommend to anyone in the area in need of computer and other electronics purchases/services/repairs.
