I applied to this school to study a language. They gave me the contact information for the office that handles admissions. I called and emailed them numerous times, but there was no response. When I arrived at the school at 11 a.m., I didn't see a single student. I have serious doubts about this school. And the office, which is located in Florida, is very dubious and unreliable.

This account reflects my personal experience: One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Communication was extremely slow throughout my entire process, and many of my questions were never adequately answered. I can't evaluate the quality of the school itself, but regarding their assistance with the immigration status process, I absolutely do not recommend them. My visa was denied, and throughout the entire process, I did not have access to the documents being sent on my behalf. I only gained access to what was sent to immigration after the denial, when there was nothing left to be done. Some documents were sent incorrectly, and even the letter written on my behalf was not reviewed by me. I won't list all the errors (which were MANY), but some of them could have seriously jeopardized my legal stay in the United States. If you decide to use them for your process, I strongly recommend hiring an independent lawyer to review everything. After my experience, I spoke with other people who almost had their visas denied or know someone who went through a similar situation with this school. Regarding the school's teaching, I can't evaluate it, as I didn't have the opportunity to study there due to the visa denial. :) I was only able to remain legally in the country because I already had another process underway, which ended up saving me in that situation. Regardless, I wish them success, but above all, I hope they improve their service!

I studied at Eagle Sacramento School and all I can say is that teacher Bia is the best teacher I ever had, they have free snacks (never seen this before in any other school there I’ve been to) and a friendly environment. There’s a big parking lot, that is very convenient and the location is excellent with a lot of restaurants around there. Ahh and they throw the most fun themed parties (like Halloween, Easter, etc) for free to the students.
