The staff were so polite and helpful. It was like 15 degrees out. We had an app and they kept the plants there for us so they wouldn't get stressed in the car because of the cold weather. Thank you for your help.

I am inexpressibly angry. I just got a new plant and pot from this location, it was struggling to retain moisture due to not enough soil, so I brought it to be repotted (a free service when you buy the plant there). This took a couple of days, and when I pick it up they had cut all but one leaf off of what was previously dozens claiming they were ‘dead’ (they curl in to retain moisture under stress). Very unhappy and do not recommend anyone take their plants here, as they did not even ask me before trimming this plant and have now ruined what could have easily been nurtured back to full health.

I don’t understand businesses that would rather lose a customer than help one. My new fern was looking bad after a few weeks and on inspection I see that the center appears brown and “eaten”. Then i noticed black worms all throughout the plant. (I spent $39.99 on this plant and bought several other plants at the time as well.) I pulled off a dozen 2 inch worms before I realized this plant was a goner. I called to ask if there was a guarantee on my purchase. She checked with the manager and returned to say no. No guarantee on our annuals. Even with a receipt. I’ll take my business elsewhere from here on out.

Such a lovely garden center with tons of herbs and vegetable options, in addition to flowers and trees. They seem to have a lot of decorative and furniture items for the garden, too. 🪴

Purchased two Perennials with a $50 gift card. The gift card was given to purchase a plant in memory of a passing relative. This following year the plants never returned leaving a bare area in our flower bed. Since this was a gift card, had no receipt. The clerk doing her job advised she could not provide a replacement without a receipt. In place of the original area, planted some begonias for $2.99 from a big box store. Will no longer shops this location.
