Frank is an Amazing person who took very good care of me on my 2004 Chevy Corvette Commemorative edition on paint job Wich came out outstanding and not only that!! Here is the touchy part!! when the car was completed he found out my wife was in the hospital she just had Brain surgery he delivered the car right to my Driveway and said to me on the phone Merry X Christmas Wich brought tears to my eyes.. EDIT TO ADD: Half of reply is true. How about taking accountability for your crap attitude instead of trying to act like you were so kind. 1. I did not call in a panic, you were one of many I called and said you’d be happy to help. Yes, as I stated my response back to you was delayed as it took me WEEKS to get an answer from my employer of what they wanted to do with the truck. You NEVER said you’d have to start charging. I OFFERED to pay for storage which you ignored and then you went back to screaming at me said you would have the truck impounded which is when I SAID do what you need to do because I was tired of you screaming at me and then YOU hung up. You were aggressive immediately and I will be SUPER HAPPY to post the phone recording of our conversation on social media. Im so glad I started phone recording as soon as you started yelling at me. I would give 0 stars if I could. The start of business went well, I worked with Frank and at first he was super nice. I had a company vehicle taken to their shop to get an estimate and the truck was dropped off on 7/21. I received an estimate back on Saturday 8/2, I responded back on 8/4(im out of office on weekends) . I had to reach out to multiple different people in regard in next steps for the truck so it unfortunately took some time to figure out a game plan. Frank called me on Monday 8/18 asking what I wanted to do with the truck. I advised him I needed to speak to my manager and I would call him back. I unfortunately did not give him a call back as soon as I liked due to those being out of office traveling and me being out a few days with strep. I know that’s not an excuse but I only hold so much power of authorization to make things happen in my company. Frank called me today 8/27 and was absolutely rude. He was upset that the truck was sitting there for over a month (some of that time was waiting on a estimate) stated he did me a favor and I was taking advantage of him because he did not charge us storage fees. Which I said I was HAPPY to pay for as I absolutely was not taking advantage of him as at least, that’s the right thing to do considering their time and space. He did not want to hear anything I had to say and said he was going to call the police to impound and hung up on me. I tried being apologetic and explaining why it was taking time to get this done (a pay off and physical title were needed to have the truck scrapped) which I did not have possession of an needed to work with my company on making this transaction. Again, this process did not go as quick as I liked and I apologize and did not mean to be an inconvenience and again,WAS HAPPY to pay for the storage because AGAIN, I agreed it was the right thing to do. I stated to Frank I did not like the way he was coming at me and he then proceeded to tell me he had every right. The call started off aggressive immediately. I understand the inconvenience this has caused and I again apologize as that was not our intention. Frank hung up on me, 2 hours later after calling multiple places to try and get the truck out of the way I called back to again try and pay for their time and I was told the truck was towed. Couldn’t give me an address or number and the guy said “I’m busy driving” and only gave me a name of the towing company. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received even after agreeing to PAY FOR STORAGE!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EARLS COLLISION 🫶🏼🫶🏼 Frank was so easy to work with’ i felt super comfortable leaving my 😈 baby there to be fixed haha!! I really felt like apart of the family or like it was a family friend!! The work they did really great job on! Got me in and out in a week! Helped return my rental, and really took care of me and my car’ i will only go to earls from now on 🫶🏼☀️
My experience with Frank was awesome. Very helpful and polite. I know where I will go for anything to do with my car. My car looks great. So thank you Frank and your staff that worked on my car. I appreciate everything. I know I’ll recommend this place for any car needs. When I got my car back it was even cleaned on the inside. I feel they went over and beyond.
I wish I could give more than five stars. I came across this body shop in 2017 when I got this car and met Frank and was immediately drawn to his professionalism, personality and the work he does.I was tboned in January and devastated and heartbroken that my car was damaged. My car is my baby. I decided to take it to Earls collision center. I am so glad I did. When I picked up my car it looked like it came off the dealer lot or even the assembly line. I am beyond impressed. They cleaned the car inside and out and also went above and beyond to repair other things that needed repair that were not damaged from the accident. Frank and his team did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work. Frank is very charismatic and so easy to talk to, very informative and updates as he goes.
