Earmark service just outstanding. Had an Igla anti theft system installed. Was quick and efficient. Shout out to Johnny, who worked with me and spent considerable time to explain each and every facet of the highly technical system and made it easy to use. Also had the best price in the Dfw area. Their store also has other high quality tech that interested me. Their shop is beautifully maintained with automobile electronic gear.

My family's cherished Forester was in great care in the hands of Chris at Earmark in Plano. They offer a great 2-channel camera that fit my family's needs perfectly with front and rear integrated cams. From the initial contact to the final installation everything was great with this shop. Excellent communication during the entire process. Chris was there to the final moment setting up the app on my iPhone. Very clean install. Thank you for all of your help! Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to add a dash cam to their car.

Professional, Personable Customer Service and High Quality installation. I had an Igla anti-theft system installed on my truck. The insulation went exactly as they said it would. I had an appointment at 9am and my work schedule changed at the last minute and they were able to work with me and still make it happen later that same day. After the installation Johnny spent an hour with me explaining how everything worked, and he even took a phone call from me a couple days later on his day off to answer some questions for me. These guys are very professional and personable. I will definitely use them again, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Grateful to have found Earmark to replace my radio! Johnny was very knowledgeable, he laid out all my options and answered every question I had. Installation went smoothly and they made sure everything was working before completing the job. Definitely recommend them!

Jake and Javi did a great job. Jake was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in assisting me with choosing the best upgrade for my 2025 BMW 230i. I went with the Audison speakers and Audison amp ugrade. Also, they installed a 12 inch Memphis speaker box with a Memphis amp that I had from my previous BMW. The installation was seamless and the sound is off the charts. Had a issue with the amp overheating and Javi explained the issue and fixed it with no problems. I will definitely use Earmark Car Audio again and definitely recommend them for any audio upgrades. Added a pic of the bass knob that was installed and it blends in perfectly!
