I asked for 30 feet of landscape fabric; it comes on a roll that is 6 feet wide. I was told that the price was $0.275 per sq ft. An employee was told to go measure it , and cut it. At checkout, the bill was over $200!! The cashier explained that "Nick" (the owner) had told her to charge me for 60 feet, because the roll was 12 feet wide - 720 sq ft?!? I protested, but the (arrogant) checkout girl insisted the figure was correct. When I got home, I rolled the fabric out and measured it: It was 28.5 feet long; it was folded in the middle. I guess that makes it 12 feet wide, but still only 342 sq ft! I called EarthTouch, and asked to speak to the owner (Nick). He "took an attitude", & told me to come back to their facility; they would "inspect" it. I told Nick it was a 25 minute drive; since it was his mistake, he should "inspect" at my house. He grudgingly agreed to come, and at the end of the conversation, I heard him say "F**k You a$$hole" just before he hung up. He never came!
