I had my first root canal end of January by Dr. Kraut and he was incredible. I was truly petrified coming in, but he was so patient and walked me through the entire process. His assistant was just as incredible, I believe she said her name was Crystal. They both continuously checked with me about how I was feeling during the process, while counting down the minutes. The following day I had no swelling, and really not a lot of pain. With advil for just two days after, I was feeling great! Thank you again!

East side endodontics was amazing. I had a root canal done and it took less time than it should have. I feel no pain and it’s been four hours since I had my root canal done. I’m sorry I don’t remember names, but my team was amazing. They were nice funny and caring about how I was feeling. I will definitely recommend East side endodontics to my family and friends. It’s been over a week since I had my root canal and not once did I feel pain or discomfort. I took Tylenol as prescribed and everything worked out These guys are the bomb.

My experience with Dr. Kafi at East Side Endodontics was excellent! I have had significant dental work done throughout my life. This was a 5th root canal procedure. I have had a great deal of painful dental work unfortunately. Very difficult to get numb. Dr. Kafi quickly identified that I have an anatomical difference in my jaw which would require a different approach to numbing - She took her time in numbing me and checking several times to ensure I was completely numb. The entire procedure was painless! Even the injections were only mildly painful. I was comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Kafi explained every step along the way and checked in frequently to make sure I was ok. The office itself is clean, modern and comfortable. Front desk staff are attentive and kind. Dr. Kafi is a 5 star plus endo. I would not hesitate to refer family and friends. The only downside is that you may have to wait a bit for an appointment because the office is so busy but it is well worth the wait.

Gave frequent updates on what was done & about to be done. Professional and personable. While having nothing to do with the dental treatment, the office decor was pretty cool. It's been years since my last root canal, and went much easier than I recall. I imagine technology has improved over the years (drilling tools, Novocaine, etc). But the professionals using those tools also matters. 100% recommended.

My root canal was completely painless! I have had my share of dental work but never had someone explain to me exactly what was going to happen. They made sure the anesthesia took and were super polite. As someone else said in the comments, if I could give more starts I would. I really appreciate the bedside manner. This the best experience at a dental office all around I've ever had.
