I has an extremely disappointing experience with Jenny, the office manager. I attempted to explain an urgent situation involving my grandson, who had just been discharged from the ICU and urgently needed a referral for follow up. Instead of showing even basic compassion or professionalism, she repeatedly refused to listen and would not allow me to talk. It is concerning that someone who refuses to listen and shows such disregard for families is placed in a role that directly impacts patient care. I will be finding a new pediatrician. I wish I read the reviews prior to choosing this office. I see Jenny has been a problem for a while now!

Just had the worse experience. The office manager Jenny is extremely rude. Had a sick visit for my daughter and we were not able to see the doctor due to Jenny giving me the wrong information relating to parking which made us late. She was very dismissive and tried to talk over me. Her attitude is nasty. Finding a new doctor for my daughter immediately.

Echoing all the negative reviews here. Many years here and time after time we have experience nothing but rudeness and unprofessionalism. There has not been a time where something has happened and we don't see these people often!! Examples: cannot be late but made our family wait for almost 1 hour, rudeness from front desk staff, not being up to date with the latest information for vaccine's, not supportive at all. Run from this office as fast as you can. You are just a number to the staff just like anyone else. I am horrified at the treatment of patients and the lack of professional and moral conduct from an office treating families and children. Completely unacceptable!

I’m really not sure why there are so many negative reviews, everyone I’ve dealt with has been super kind! My 3 month old daughter and I got into a car accident and they accommodated us day of hours after the accident!!!! They waited for us at the end of their shift, if that’s not an office that genuinely cares about their patients then Idk what is! Love this office and the whole team. Thank you for taking great care of my daughter!

My kids have been coming to this practice for over 10 years....I love this office! The staff and doctors are all super friendly. I also love that I have always been able to get my kids in for a same day sick visit when needed.
