I wish I could give them a billion stars ⭐️ My dog took a sudden turn for the worse due to a severe tooth infection. I wish I had caught it sooner, but dogs are incredibly good at compensating until they simply can’t anymore—and the symptoms only became obvious last week. My previous vet quoted an extremely high price for a dental procedure and, despite my dog clearly being infected and in pain, did not provide any pain medication or antibiotics. When I tried to call back the next day, I never received a return call. Desperate for help, I reached out to other clinics, and East Springs Animal Hospital went above and beyond. They called me back three separate times, actively trying to find a way to fit us in. On the third call, they told me they could see us the very next morning for a true one-stop visit—the consultation, the procedure, and everything needed—at an affordable price. My dog and I are incredibly grateful for their compassion and willingness to squeeze us in. The infection was worsening, and he had stopped eating. If we had waited any longer, we likely would have been facing an emergency visit with an overwhelming cost. East Springs Animal Hospital truly made all the difference for us. Thank you so much!!!
East Springs Animal hospital is the best veterinary care I have received. The costs are more affordable than most clinics in the area, and the quality of care is premium. The staff is very accommodating and gentle when working with my fear-aggressive dog. We always leave getting quality care and follow-up. As a pet owner, this place is a safe space for my pet care, and I always feel better bringing my dog in. Highly recommend!
East Springs Animal Hospital is amazing! They have an in-house ultrasound, which in our case was something we needed sooner rather than later, most vets in town rely on mobile techs, so it was such a relief not to wait around for that. The staff here is super friendly and compassionate; you can tell they really care about both the pets and their people. They’ve gone above and beyond every time we’ve been in. We’ll definitely be making East Springs our permanent vet for our dog. Couldn’t recommend them more!
From out of town visiting my daughter. Was able to get my baby in to be treated. My daughter also brings her baby there. Was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
The staff at East Springs Animal Hospital was amazing. Our almost 9 year old Rottweiler/Lab mix was experiencing cloudy eyes and weight loss. We took him in and they found out he has diabetes. They were informative, helpful, passionate, and very supportive throughout the whole visit. I am so happy we went there and will continue to take him there for the best care.
