We woke to storm damage and a HUGE tree on the house. Patrick and his crew were on site within 3 hrs and had everything removed and cleaned up. I didn’t grab a finished picture as other contractors were on the way to work on the house damage. This company and crew are just outstanding.

We had a fantastic experience with East TN Tree Service. We had a large dying and hollow tree in our backyard with very limited access. They were able to bring a crane and take the tree without really any damage to my yard or property. The crew was great and professional. 10/10 experience!

East TN Tree Service did an outstanding job from start to finish. The project manager Jimmy was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the property looking so much better than before. Their communication was clear throughout the entire process from scheduling to the projects finish, and they made sure I was comfortable with every step. Whether it’s tree removal, trimming, or cleanup, these folks know what they’re doing. The pricing was fair, especially considering the high quality of the work. If you're looking for reliable, honest, and skilled tree professionals in East Tennessee, I can't recommend East TN Tree Service enough. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Had a 90 foot tulip poplar tree about 30 feet from my house. Arborist came out, gave me an honest answer that it had to come down and worked to find the best price for it to come down. He said it was a danger to the house due to what he saw and had the people come out same day to take it down. I know some of the "same day" was just schedule luck, but they found it important enough so they made it work. Everyone on the crew was super friendly and helpful. Whole tree was down and gone in 4 hours. Will 100% be using them again if a diffrent tree needs to come down.

This is our second time using East TN Tree Service, Inc. and both times we have received nothing but “Exceptional and Professional” service. We highly recommend this company for any size job. The service we received from start to finish was outstanding. We are completely impressed on how professional and safety conscience the workers are and how they clean up after they are finished.
