Richard is fabulous. I needed 40 pictures hung. Richard responded immediately to my initial text and came over the next day to review my needs. His quote was much lower than I expected it to be and I was impressed with his professionalism. He came over the following day and knocked the job out in 2.5 hours. called out to do roof joist removal due to hvac install. came out next day cut the board and place support brace on so that hvac could remove and reinstall it upon completion. did me a solid for a great price and the way he did it saved me a second visit and svc charge. great service and hugely helpful. highly recommend this svc.

I’ve used Richard three times for some home maintenance projects. One of the things I appreciate about Richard is his honesty about what he can do and what is not in his “wheelhouse.” He was quick to determine what was causing the front door deadbolt alignment issue, replaced an underground ground fault outlet, and rejuvenated my outdoor water feature. I will definitely use him again. He is quick, works cleanly, and is on time for appointments.
