Eastside Exterminators were super fast to respond to my inquiry for a quote and quickly answered any and all questions I had. When Mike Coombes came out to do the ant extermination, he was super clear and thorough in his explanation of the services he was providing, and he really went above and beyond to patiently answer all of the questions I had too. It was an added bonus that he swept for spiders and left rodent traps as well. I can't say how thankful I am enough for how well this was handled! I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them for all things pest related.

Max was the inspector and he was so kind, very personable and very thorough. He checked every nook and cranny, made sure everything was inspected properly. Kelly is the booking agent and she was so very helpful and patient. I highly recommend this company, got great service across the board!

Thomas and his coworkers at Eastside are absolutely amazing! Awesome communication, always friendly and polite too :-) They do a great job at keeping pests at bay, and we really appreciate the SMART monitoring system we had installed. When we first moved into our home we had an issue with some “roof dwellers” and after bringing in three different pest companies to try and remedy the issue… Eastside were the only company to take care of the problem once and for all :) huge thanks to you all!

Ryan was great and we look forward to working with him and Eastside Exterminators. They came recommended to us by family who has worked with them for decades and when I called in to arrange service it turns out the previous owners had also worked with them. Great to hear they are familiar with the house and the neighborhood. I love that they have the capability to monitor rodent movement remotely via sensors in our crawl space. Peace of mind!

I was recommended to this company and I am so glad I called! From the start, Kelly was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful in getting my appointment scheduled. Michael Coombes was fantastic. He really knows his stuff and took the time to answer all my questions (especially the ones about those icky arachnids!). He was thorough, friendly, and very detailed in his work—inside the house and all around the exterior, even sweeping under the eaves. It is rare to find such genuine care and professionalism these days. Thank you, Michael, for the excellent service and peace of mind! Highly recommend.
