Really cool owner, place, and equipment. Everything worked well and was easy to set up. Parking lot is very narrow. Might be better to aim for the street.

Great rates, comfortable room to jam, and good lighting. Renting snares, kick, and cymbal for the session are reasonably priced either if you are in a pinch. I'd recommend the space if you visit East LA.

This place is awesome. Only issue just like everyone else is that the parking situation sucks. If you happen to get a spot and block someone in, then the staff is forced to go in and make you move, in the middle of a song. But hey, that’s what you should expect from the area. As a matter of fact, you kind of get used to it - for me, it’s no biggy. Over all, they still get a 5 stars!!

Great place to rehearse for our four-piece band. Easy dedicated parking can get a little tight so save the planet and carpool with your bandmates. Owner is super cool, rooms are clean with functional equipment that gets the job done. 5 stars!

You really can't do better for the price! The rooms are large (except E, which is still not that bad), well ventilated and clean. The gear is high quality and looks new. Staff is accommodating and is always available when you need them. There is very little sound coming in from other rooms. The outside patio is a nice bonus. The cons don't really affect the overall experience. Some of the drum hardware is hard to adjust, toms can be too quiet. Since you get charged for renting cymbals, snare and a bass drum pedal, I recommend bringing your own. Parking is a challenge, but street parking is easy to find on Cesar Chavez ave and Motts St. Carrying all of the aforementioned gear in one run is another challenge.
