We purchased our entire Thanksgiving meal through eat well, and it was fantastic! We loved everything and it all tasted home made. Only request would be ingredients on the website item listings. As a family member is going through radiation treatment and has limited things they can eat, it was such a relief to find a meal with dairy free/low fat options that were delicious, not too expensive, AND they delivered the day before with no extra fee. It was a hit with everyone, and he was thrilled to have a great meal. We definitely will be ordering from here again- thank you for a wonderful holiday feast!

Eat Well was fantastic, and Shannen made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was organized, responsive, and great to work with from start to finish. The food was excellent, especially the harvest crepes, which were a huge hit with our guests. Highly recommend for any event.

EatWell was the required caterer at the venue where we got married (Carnegie Center of Columbia Tusculum.) We started off working with Katie Oney. Katie was responsive and helped us narrow down some of our menu selection. We really appreciated the opportunity to come to an EatWell event to try some of their food. About 7 months before our wedding, our event specialist switched to Shannen Watson. We were not notified of the switch. I reached out several times to Katie before she responded with and introduction to Shannen. We liked working with Shannen as she was very accomodating, although communication would take a while. We were originally only planning on doing our cocktail hour and reception at our venue and doing the ceremony at Alms Park. Premier Park Events who manages Alms Park, doubled booked our ceremony venue. Shannen was amazing and accommodating when we were trying to figure out a plan B. She walked us through a plan that would require a room flip between the ceremony and reception. We felt confident that everything was going to go smoothly. While the EatWell staff did a good job on the day of our wedding, there were a few key details that were missed. The cake was placed on the wrong table, there were more table runners ordered than needed and they were placed on tables that we asked not to have table runners on. The biggest issue we had was with the room flip. We were promised that the flip would be 45 minutes at most. It took about 1.5 hours for the flip, which delayed the start of our reception. We did not get an explanation for why the delay happened. We had to shift a few things around to make sure our photographer was there for all the important moments. Parts of the reception felt rushed which is not how we wanted our wedding day to go. At the end of the night, the staff was great at packing all of our things and getting them into cars to make sure we were out of the venue on time.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Eat Well for our wedding, and we want to extend our appreciation for the effort that went into making our special day memorable. Throughout the planning process, we worked directly with Katie, who clearly demonstrated a deep passion for her work. Her dedication was evident through numerous phone calls, emails, and meetings, all aimed at ensuring our menu was tailored to our preferences. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the quality of the food. Our guests consistently praised the dishes, and many commented on how delicious and well-prepared everything was. The culinary team did an excellent job in delivering a memorable dining experience. However, there were a few aspects of the service that we felt could have been handled better. We were disappointed that our welcome drinks were not offered upon the guests' arrival, which was something we had specifically planned for. Additionally, despite noting several food allergies to the staff in advance, a few of these were unfortunately overlooked, which caused some concern. At the end of the night, we also noticed that the staff were collecting florals to take home. While we understand that staff might be interested in taking leftover items, this was done without prior discussion with us. We were in the process of arranging to donate our florals to a nursing home, and it would have been helpful if this had been communicated beforehand. Overall, while there were a few issues, the quality of the food and Katie’s commitment were greatly appreciated. We hope this feedback helps in refining future events and ensuring that all aspects of service align with the clients’ expectations. We truly had the best experience with Eat Well at our wedding this past weekend!!! We got so many compliments on the food and our family who lives in town said they would use Eat Well for their future events! Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Not only will you do a tasting for the menu items you choose, but you can attend open houses and try a variety of their menu. This was such a fun part of our experience! Katie not only handled crafting our menu, but coordinated rentals and a wide variety of other things. Their staff is top notch and extremely professional. I am so glad we found Eat Well!
