Zeyad is wonderful! We explained the issues we are having completely and he took the time explain how he would fix the water heater. He provided an estimate of the work & he was spot on. He ordered all the parts & came back & did a very thorough job. He made sure we understood what he done. We are very happy with his work & his wonderful personality! We had a leak from our water heater and Eco came out right away. Nolan was the first to arrive and quickly diagnosed the issue — he was super knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The next day, Dzhaudat installed our new water heater and did an awesome job! He was friendly, hardworking, and efficient. He even helped me carry in a few packages that were delivered while he was here. Couldn’t ask for better service. We highly recommend Eco!

Parker was very pleasant to talk to. He came in, reviewed the project, asked if I had any questions about the job he was going to do? He laid down a drop cloth roll from my door, down the stairs and over to his worksite. Afterwards, Parker brought his tools and supplies in, then went to work. Parker was very thorough. He cleaned up to the point where I kept saying I'll get or do that. Parker didn't listen 🤣 I liked his workmanship and his work ethics. If I did plumbing work again, I'm definitely calling Eco. If I can, I'm going to request Parker. Good job Parker and Eco.

Hayder was outstanding, have been fighting tankless water heater issues for years, with no luck from prior group. Hayder went the extra distance to quickly diagnose and correct the issues, with everything now running perfectly. And he took the time to clearly explain everything.
