I have love dealing with Ecoshield NLA! Meeting Gabe was such a pleasure! His bid was half the previous from another company, and he came out next day! The rat control work was done shortly afterwards and when i called for a follow-up, Galdino came the next day. Both these gentleman are highly knowledgeable, they listen!, and are kind and respectful, a credit to the company. Thank you G&G!!

Terrible customer service. No one returns calls, despite many phone messages, emails, and texts to Luis Basilio. He originally told us we were getting a “great price” at $190 every other month. We are elderly and feel taken advantage of. Luis specifically told us to contact him if we had any issues, yet he has ignored “every message”. We continue to have constant spider webs around our windows (and we don’t even have bushes there). The product does not work. I’ve called a requested a different product. After getting upset with the representative as she kept talking over me, she hung-up on me. Not a surprise from this company. I strongly suggest not using this company. My neighbor recommended her service for spider control—much more affordable and reliable. EcoShield also told us there are “a lot of rodents” in our area because of the restaurants near Bob’s Market on Ocean Park. There are restaurants everywhere, so by that logic everyone has rodents!
