Mary was very helpful from the customer sevice department, very professional as well engageful in our conversation and shot out to Kirsten at the Dallas location for helping service our home these last few months! Although I feel this service is high priced, they do provide good work and are extremely helpful.

Alex was extraordinary! Not only he did an excellent job, he took time to answer questions from my 10 year old about the product used and how it works. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We appreciate good customer service. He showed great interaction with us the customers. He should get a bonus!

Both the house and Boat Dock does not look like they’re properly getting cleaned nor prevent preventing insects mud Doors buildup on the house webs throughout

I would love to say that I am satisfied with the overall quality of service but, I can’t really say that I am. Prior to this appointment, I had requested to cancel my appointment and the service altogether due to increasingly poor performance by the providers that come by. The pictures attached are from the tech that serviced the house on the 11th. Though he spent more than 20 minutes clearing spider webs from patio ceiling but he missed our windows and door frames. Sincerely Chris Not satisfied
