I would love to say that I am satisfied with the overall quality of service but, I can’t really say that I am. Prior to this appointment, I had requested to cancel my appointment and the service altogether due to increasingly poor performance by the providers that come by. The pictures attached are from the tech that serviced the house on the 11th. Though he spent more than 20 minutes clearing spider webs from patio ceiling but he missed our windows and door frames.
