Serge is the friendliest service tech they have! Always explains the process and is a great listener. This company is by far the most caring and offers the cleanest, least-toxic pest control that I have found. I refer all my real estate clients to them, especially those seeking healthier options.

We just signed up for quarterly mouse eradication with Eco Tek Pest Control and feel like we're in good hands. Serge showed up on time, walked and talked through our concerns, inspected our home for possible rodent entry points and came back in 2 hours to set up all of the bait stations. It's nice to work with someone so trustworthy, nice and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them to everyone.

Serge was great! He answered all of my questions and was friendly and informative! He knocked down all of the cobwebs around the house before spraying for spiders (and other bugs). I love that he had a chemical free option that I feel good and safe about using, especially with having a dog and toddler around. He was also very good at communicating the appointment window and giving a 10 minute heads up before arriving. We will definitely be using him again in the spring.

My family and I have used EkoTek for around two years now and we couldn’t be happier with them! We feel safe with the products they use and they are very effective. Serge is incredibly detailed and spends time understanding our issues and explaining his process. Per usual, Serge is fabulous! He knows the bugs. He was able to evaluate and diagnose what treatments were needed for what areas of the property. I really appreciate how thorough he is and how professional he is. He always sends a note letting me know he is on his way and the ETA. Plus I receive friendly reminders ahead of time and the day before or the day of. A fabulous team!
