Nicest people ever. I have called twice in the past couple of years with really embarrassing questions and they are so kind to help me out. Today my computer “totally died” — but it was because our 100 year old house had a breaker issue. I didn’t know that when I called. But they still helped me. And I love them. The end.

STAY AWAY I brought my gaming desktop to this business to fix my faulty motherboard. They offered to ship my motherboard to the manufacturer to get it fixed. A month later I receive a call saying that it was damaged during shipping and now the warranty couldn’t be honored. They told me I had to pay for it when it was their fault and they did not take responsibility. They packaged it with little to no care and did not put insurance on the shipment. They claimed that they didn’t need to because it was already broken but it was faulty and there was no physical damage. The physical damage they caused was what prevented me from getting my computer fixed. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have to now pay to get this fixed.
