Once again, fantastic service with a fantastic price. Eddie replaced all door handles and hinges, installed led lights and fans, repaired some flooring and re-connected my cooktop and kitchen faucet after my new countertops were installed! He explained what he was doing and why!

Eddie was referred to me by our next door neighbor, saying that he is dependable, honest and reasonable in price. And I can also say that he does a good job.

Eddie and Alexander just moved a heavy desk upstairs for me. They were very friendly and professional. Would be happy to hire them again.

⚠️ WARNING: Violent confrontation + property withheld after I reported an allegedly illegal short-term rental at 3050 Lawndale (Labor Day 2025). I stayed in a converted garage that, in my view, was being used as an unpermitted short-term rental. After I reported it to code enforcement, two adult daughters entered through a window and assaulted me while I was holding my dogs, dragged me outside, and police arrived. They claimed I “chased them with a hammer.” That allegation is false and I dispute it. I was arrested based on their statements; they also said they “found drugs” in my belongings—another statement I dispute. Since then, my property has been withheld by the residents at 3050 Lawndale despite multiple attempts to retrieve it. This includes my portable oxygen compressor (medical necessity), phone, clothing, and other essentials. A pickup time was arranged for my friend; when he arrived, they refused to release my items. This is an urgent health issue. I cannot breathe properly without the oxygen device. Each day without it compounds the harm. What I’m asking for now (deadline: 72 hours from this post): Coordinate a neutral, time-stamped handoff and return all of my property—especially the oxygen compressor—in full. Preserve all evidence, including doorbell/Ring footage and messages, pending legal review. I have filed (or am filing) police reports and code-enforcement complaints and will pursue all civil remedies available, including for conversion, battery, and interference with a medical device, based on my firsthand experience. This review reflects my personal account and opinions, and I can provide documentation upon request.

I browsed through the reviews before I hired these guys. They lived up to every thing said about them. I can’t begin to say how pleased I am with all the work they did at my house. I’m a picky consumer and they accommodated all the changes I made along the way. My friends noted all the fixes and news lights at the house and have asked for their phone number. Thanks guys. Y’all the best.
