I brought my car in for detailing and D. explained the pricing ahead of time. I commend the excellent work done by Carl and Ryan. They degreased the grime and scrubbed the seats besides the normal things. It looks like a different car. I highly recommend Edge Express for detailing.

Went pretty late to get my car washed and realized the full detail service had already closed at 4pm. Honestly thought I was out of luck, but Derrick stepped up and took care of my car anyway after hours. Dude went above and beyond, super professional, great attitude, and the service was top-tier. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right, not just rushing people through. Shoutout to Derrick for the clutch save, absolute GOAT. This kind of customer service is rare. I’ll definitely be back.

Not worth the full service. I normally do not leave bad reviews- but this was their $75 interior service. And they did not do a thorough job.

Don't pay for full service. A full service interior cleaning isn't a detail cleaning, but there's an understanding and agreement that when you leave, the interior of the car will be clean. That's not the case at Edge Express. My car left dirty with crumbs and wrappers left inside door compartments and on seats. The third row wasn't vacuumed and crumbs were left on the seat. It's not difficult to show a little bit of care and they failed to do that. Go elsewhere or stick to self service.

I went to this car wash despite having the negative reviews hoping to have a good experience. Paid for interior cleaning and tire shine. I told the lady that my main area of concern was the build up of dirt and leaves around the trunk. She told me it would be taken care of. I didn’t get a chance to look my car over because I was late for an appointment. I was appalled by the condition of my car. As you can see by the photos, they did not do the cleaning I paid for. My car looked the same.
