Having searched online for local companies that hire bouncy castles and disco domes, we came across the Edinburgh Event Company. They advertised for Edinburgh and some parts of Fife and when asked if they would accommodate an event in Glenrothes, they said that they would do even thought it was outside of their usual area…they actually updated their website to include Glenrothes that evening! We had a friendly and informative text chat to get details of their disco domes as we were unsure about its suitability in our garden, but we soon realised that this was going to be the one for us. Other companies had either said they couldnt supply us with the required inflatable or having read their feedback, we were left with feelings of doubt as some customers had reported issues of being left in the lurch at the very last minute which spoiled parties. The feedback and reviews for the Edinburgh Event Company read a lot better and gave us added comfort for our potential dealings with them. We spoke to Anthony the following day, just going over details (suitability of our back garden and access etc) and being reassured that their company was suitable for our needs, we decided to book with them. Anthony even agreed to take time out of his busy schedule and went out of his way to visit our property just to give us peace of mind that there wouldnt be any problems with access to our back garden or siting of the disco dome on the day of the party. Going by other companies negative feedback/reviews on parties being “let down” at the last minute, we wanted to be doubly sure that our daughter and her friends would have a brilliant party. Anthony arrived a few days later as promised and we were greeted by a great guy…very friendly and immediately our worries were put at rest. A time for delivery and pick up was arranged for the chosen date and as good as his word, these times were kept. Our daughter couldn’t have been happier, which as a parent is all you need! The set up of the disco dome didn’t take long (Anthony even had a portable hoover end fan to ensure the floor was clean) and after a short health and safety brief from Anthony. our daughter and friends had a fabulous time! The disco lights and easy to connect sound system was a great set up inside the disco dome. At the end of the party, Anthony made sure our garden was put back to the same standard as when he arrived in the morning…even down to making sure the garden chips hadn’t been disturbed or smoothing over any areas where they had been. Again, it was a total pleasure to meet and deal with Anthony and his company. We genuinely would recommend them in an instant for anyone who is looking for inflatables or catering or almost anything party related! 5 stars for sure…many many thanks again and best wishes for the continued growth of a fantastic local company
Well, where to start with this company. The owner, being very unpleasant and rude on the phone, over pricing a hire which when speaking to various kids entertainment companies is known for charging over the odds. He told us he couldnt cover our part of edinburgh, even although they are based in EDINBURGH, very strange guy to deal with. When asked about what services they offer, again a very blunt response, and only seemed interested in making sure we knew prices. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Great service delivered by a really nice guy, Anthony. We hired a bouncy castle for our kids birthday party and it was brilliant. Booking went smoothly, turned up on time, friendly and helpful workers. They explained all the health and safety stuff and made sure we were all set. Couldn't fault them or recommend them more. Professional service delivered at the highest level
I hired a bouncy castle for a family party and the whole online booking process was really quick and easy. Any queries I had before and after booking were answered quickly. The bouncy castle arrived on time at my requested time and set up by the team was smooth. Would definitely recommend and will use again in future.
