Ryan has a nose for real estate. As someone new to Pittsburgh, we couldn't have asked for anyone better to help us through the home buying process than Ryan. He helped us find the right neighborhoods, walked us through what to look for, and what to watch out for. He helped us get set up with the right inspectors and got us settled into our home, never gave us pressure to increase our budget, and was willing to say "this is too much money for this house, you should find another." Can't recommend this team highly enough, it was great to have someone you can trust through this process and we love our new home!

Heather and Ryan are an incredible team that helped us buy the perfect house. We started working with them prior to moving to Pittsburgh, and then throughout the pandemic. They were extremely patient and understanding with us while we narrowed in the on the neighborhood we wanted to buy in. Once we found the house for us, they advised us very well on what was a tricky and very competitive bidding process. They supported us throughout the entire purchase process and the closing went off without a hitch. We couldn’t be happier with where we ended up and owe it all to them!
