Ryan has a nose for real estate. As someone new to Pittsburgh, we couldn't have asked for anyone better to help us through the home buying process than Ryan. He helped us find the right neighborhoods, walked us through what to look for, and what to watch out for. He helped us get set up with the right inspectors and got us settled into our home, never gave us pressure to increase our budget, and was willing to say "this is too much money for this house, you should find another." Can't recommend this team highly enough, it was great to have someone you can trust through this process and we love our new home!

Ryan was great to work with when buying my house. He was very knowledgeable about different jurisdictions and what to look for in a home. He was timely and moved quickly when new houses came on the market. I would definitely recommend giving him a call when you’re starting your search.
