Took my car their for some body work for an insurance claim. When I went to pick it up there were bunch of sap spots all over the hood that would not come off. I clean my car weekly and they were not there before. When I tried to bring this up to the shop manager/co owner (Sergi?), he was unwilling to fix the problem they created or made worse. Really bad customer service. I ended up having to pay a detailing service $200 to buff it out..
