This office hasn't reached out to me. Every time I called and stopped by the office, they would say to email Mr. Bartfeld. I haven't heard back in two weeks. I now know that it was a problem to even mention that I was interested in getting a CD upfront, but how was I supposed to know that? This isn't my area of expertise. I understand that you don't make money off this type of investment but I expected more professionalism. Next time, email someone back and say that it's not something you can help with.

We used to live in Colorado and used David and his team. We moved away a few years ago, but continue to use him because of how friendly their team are, and how helpful. We feel it's not just a business, and that he really cares about us and our goals. Always very personable and pleasant to deal with and is on top of how the markets are going. If we did not trust him and like him so much, we would have found a different agent that was more local when we moved from CO 9 years ago. I hope he stays with Ed Jones for a long time, and we plan on continuing using him as long as he does. We would full recommend him to others, and we have told people before they need to find themselves a David.
