The Dude
Tim and Cherie helped my mom for a long time, and when my mom passed they were compassionate and helpful at every turn. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my funds.

My mother has an account with this office and suggested I speak to her financial advisor, Tim. He has visited my mom's home and seems like a nice gentleman. He gave me his card and told me to contact him anytime. So I did. I called the office 2x, a couple of weeks apart, and spoke with Cherie, the office administrator. I have asked to speak with Tim and she told me both times he would not have time to speak with me. First she told me they're not taking on new clients but because my mother has an account she may make an exception. I asked her did I need an account to say hello to Tim. She stated that because it was tax season, he would be too busy to say hello. I then told her that he can call me anytime, lunch or after hours. After all, he did sit in my mother's home. Cherie told me he wouldn't contact me after hours because they only work from 8-4pm. It was the most discouraging, disgusting encounter I have experienced in a while. I asked her how she was doing in the beginning of the phone call and she abruptly said "Fine, how can I help you." I thought she may be having a bad day so I just told her I would call back another time. 2 weeks later, today, she had the same attitude. I've never met her. I just asked her if I could speak to Tim. She told me he was in the office but busy. I said that is fine, he can call me anytime as I am in town and thought to say hello. She blocked me from seeing and speaking to Tim at every turn! WTH?? She made sure I would never have them manage my inheritance and I am getting my mother to close her account and open it with a company that values customers! There are other Edward Jones offices. There are other financial advisors! Please avoid Cherie and have your money managed by someone that will take your phone call. :-(
