Very bad experience – waste of time and money Dealing with EGL was extremely disappointing. They scheduled a showing, made me go and view the apartment, and assured me everything was fine. After that, I submitted the application and paid the application fees, only to be told after payment that the apartment is suddenly “on hold.” This is completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. If the unit was not available, they should have been transparent before taking my money and wasting my time. I do NOT recommend EGL at all. Be careful before applying or paying any fees.

EGL has been managing my properties for a few years now and they have been amazing. All of the staff are professional, knowledgeable and do an excellent job with maintaining my properties. Eureka is amazing! She’s responsive and does a good job with maintaining my property. EGL is a well managed company and they employ staff who care.

I have been living in an EGL property for quite some time and can say that my current property management team has done a great job. Just want to highlight that my property manager Eureka is fantastic - I really trust her to monitor any issues I bring up and respond quickly and with care. She has helped get both small and large repairs and renovations done that may have otherwise caused me to move out of the building if not addressed. I really love my apartment and feel like it is home and appreciate how the management, especially Eureka, has taken care of me.

EGL has been nothing but amazing managing my property. Shoutouts go to Eureka and Merline for going above and beyond for making everything run so smoothly. This peace of mind as an owner is crucial. Thanks EGL!!

Homeowners beware! If you are a home owner and need a property management company do yourself a favor and find any other company. The quotes you will get for repairs are insane. Basically every repair they wanted to do was up charged 100-200%. For one of repairs I got my own vendor and saved $3,000. It's a classic case where the vendors will come in and find 10 other things to "fix" to increase the bill and EGL just passes the bill along since it's not their money. They then always responded with "you can get your own vendor if you want". Then what's the point of a property manager if I am going to do all the work anyways? I spent more time managing EGL then if I had just done the management myself. You will also find that EGL chargers a fee even if they don't find you a renter. I had potential prospects call my phone directly because EGL forgot to give them the details to view the house. The motivation to fill my property was very obviously not taken seriously. Go find someone else, really. With EGL you will either be massively overpaying or spending a lot of your time managing them.
