William Leeds did his usual excellent job today. He arrives timely, gets right to work and reports and explains any evidence of pests. He's pleasant but professional. I'm glad you ate able to retain such good employees.

Great service. Tech Brian is friendly, knowledgeable, goes out of his way to work with my schedule, and is very conscientious of spraying if my grandchildren are around. I love how the same tech treats my home all the time. Brian has been servicing my property for over 15 years. Price is getting high though now which has nothing to do with the wonderful service by Brian.

We have been clients of Erlich for many years. We are overwhelmingly happy with their service. A few years ago, we got a new technician for logistical reasons. Mike Snyder. He’s a great guy and always does an excellent job. He’s very thorough and always explains the process and understands our needs. We appreciate him. He is definitely 5 stars too!
