This food truck is out of this world. I had the beef rice bowl (I forget the name) and it was outstanding. The poor owner was cooking alone so it took longer but the food didn't suffer. It was amazing, and if the food truck in your area, I recommend it!

Today was my first time trying this food truck! I ordered four different items and I wish I had doubled the order! Everything was incredible. The flavors were so distinctly different and so good! I’m not even a little embarrassed to say I ate EVERYTHING when I got home!

This place is so great. The only Guatemalan food in Pittsburgh that I know of. The man at the front desk is very nice and really knows how to treat his customers right. The menu is kind of limited but the quality definitely makes up for it. I got to try their yucca fries with chicken. It was amazing. A little too salty for my liking, but still, really really good, and a very fair price for the nice portion. The fries were super crispy and so flavorful. The chicken was perfectly cooked in these crumbles, and it added a nice extra savory touch. The sauce was creamy and all around great. All in all, definitely try this place out if you ever see it around. Sometimes it is by Old Thunder, which is where I got to try them out.

Had the pleasure of trying this food truck for the first time at one of our favorite local spots, Allegheny City Brewing and was blown away with the yucca fries with chicken chorizo. The yucca fries were perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Paired with the bold flavor of the chicken chorizo, this dish packed a serious punch. The chorizo was seasoned just right, adding a savory, slightly spicy kick that complemented the yucca beautifully. Every bite had the perfect balance of crunch, spice, and richness. Cannot believe I had been sleeping on this food truck and look forward to following them around to try more items, also love that they offered tons of vegan options
