This restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the owner came over and explained the menu! I love the New Mexico vibes and food was so delicious as well as the drinks! 10/10 recommend ☺️

Stopped in for a minute and sat at the bar. I didn't order food because I was still full from brunch. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and quality of service. Every staff member were so nice and accommodating. The music Playlist was fantastic! The menu had at least 5 things I wanted, just in the first page not to mention the rest of the choices. So delicious sounding. Can't wait!!

We chose this restaurant because it had an outside seating option and we were so happy to see how beautiful, enjoyable, and tasty it was. They give you a small fan for your table to prevent flys. Our service was great, food was unique and flavorful, and the drinks were tasty and beautifully garnished 😆😆

The building is pretty sweet - reminds me of a Pueblo house. Has a nice patio to eat on under a big tree. LOTS of mosquitoes though. Tough to enjoy your food while you are the food. We tried the coyote fajita and burrito platter. The coyote fajita was tasty, but definitely too salty. Better off just letting customers salt to taste themselves and add a very small amount to cook. The burrito platter is completely ridiculous though. It was dark outside so didnt really read the description before ordering, but you cannot charge $16 for a BEAN burrito. It was just 1 big burrito was nothing but beans inside. On to add on....there is a SIDE of beans as well. Who wants to pay that much just to eat beans? Can easily go anywhere and get a huge burrito full of meat for $8-12 anywhere. I did not get a chance to get inside. The outside patio was nice beside the bug issue. The wall art in the parking lot is nice as well.

This place SLAPS!!! My spouse and I make it our mission to stop in every time we’re in the area. Adriana is the best bartender! She was so helpful with her recommendations and super easy to chat with. Nothing but professionalism from the entire staff. Food and drinks are amazing. We got fajitas for the two of us and still had leftovers. Dessert should never be skipped, especially when it’s sopapilla’s and ice cream. I could go all day talking about how great this place is. If you haven’t tried El Coyote, do yourself right. Also… live music on the patio??? Yeah please!
