First time customer- food was excellent, service as well. I was particularly impressed with the value- large portion for both of our Mexican bowls. I liked being able to pick and choose the contents. Wish I had ordered some flour tortillas!

The Mexican woman working there is amazing — she works fast, is very attentive, and clearly cares about the customers. Her service is always excellent. However, some of the other employees are not performing well. They seem uninterested, slow, and not focused on customer service. It feels like they don’t pay attention to what’s happening, which affects the experience a lot. Management should make sure all employees meet the same standard as the ones who actually care about their job.

Used to really like this place but got a quesadilla yesterday and bit into it to find a latex glove cooked into my food. This is extremely unsanitary and unsafe, and shows extreme carelessness by the employees. I tried reaching out via phone call only to be stuck in an endless loop that doesn’t actually put you through to the store, and I left a message for the manager with no response. I’m extremely disappointed as this was once a campus favorite of mine, but I will not be returning.

I ordered this for you for the first time because I was craving nachos. My food came cold. It tastes old like it’s been reheated several times and there was plastic inside of it. I attempted to call several times to let them know what happened and I kept getting hung up on then I got sent with a voicemail that said it was not accepting any messages at the time never again first time and last time

Come here late night after going out this food is the best and the people who work here are always so nice!!! 10/10 recommend !!
