NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬 I wanted to give it a zero star but I can't and her are some of the reasons. First of all, my girlfriend came in today for a 60 min Lomi Lomi service massage. I gave her money to go and treat herself and i received a bad review from her. What she told me sounds like 60 minutes of hell, her back still hurts, she was touch unconsensual, and was force to tip the person and also was charged for a service that she did not agree to. When she walked in it seems like there wasnt a massage appointment but it clearly show a text saying theres a appointment on her phone so she got a rdue customers service 😒. She told me that the person doesn't speak English, and my girlfriend doesn't understand what she was saying. She didn't apply any pressure to my girlfriend even those my girlfriend ask to apply more pressure and she didn't listen so to me that mean they don't know English and I'm reading review saying that your employees do know English, ain't that weird 🙄🤥. She told me that she was pulling down my girlfriend underwear without consent... and my girlfriend told her "no please o don't want you to do that" but then your employees said its part of the service and she keeps pulling it down even tho my girlfriend kept saying "NO!" so tell me why they weren't respecting my girlfriend opinion. Then after the "service" was done they told her that there was another $35 charge for an x-ray?? But you guys didn't get a approval from my girlfriend saying she would wnat that so who give this person an approval 🤔? Then ask for tip???😐 I mean are you serious...you gave the worst service, unconsensual manhandled and charge something that wasn't even approved to the customer. Now asking for tip, even tho tips are optional. I'm surprised this business is still running. Also you told her the lowest tip is a $25 tip...who right of mind ask that munch ungrateful 😒 so my girlfriend didn't really wnat to tip cuz that a lot plus she's getting charge for an foot reflexology they simply say, "oh we gave you that" who is we so to me that should have been for free if you guys are giving it to me cuz she didn't ask you to do it. Also there was supposed to be a $5 charge for tax...so when the service was done and my girlfriend was paying for the service, the reflexology and the tip that she didn't wnat to tip or pay for the reflexology bur there was no $5 tax in the receipt. So you guys lie to her about a tax that wasn't true to begin with. I really want to hear what you guy say about this cuz I expect a refund of what happened since it wasn't a good service.

They demand a tip !!! I just got out of the place and never felt more obligated to tip after they said it wasn’t mandatory but that they felt really tired for it. I got a llomi lomi massage and it was just straight back rubbing with zero pressure at all. The older lady kept on touching my butt and it was extremely uncomfortable. They are also not fluent in English whatsoever !! I’m very stressed and unsatisfied by this service .!!

Massage- it was ok- paid for 60 minutes deep tissue. The pressure was not nearly hard enough for it to be called deep but it was relaxing so no complaints. However, i think the workers need some training in customer service and how tips (while customarily expected) are not required and cannot be dictated by them. Ladies, if you require payment prior to service you should have to way to add the tip to the transaction in the form of a receipt- nevermind the fact that you guys forward your card processing fees to your customers in the first place. Readers, spare yourself the grief and go to a local place that understands how things work. Or one without the language barrier- Again, Alice Crystal hepsapa on Montana- Tips are kindness and not a requirement for service.
