Very professional and welcoming environment. The wait time was a little less than 2 hours, however, the time flew by, and I was able to take advantage of their complimentary coffee. I'm not really sure how pricing compares, but for a broken nail, the cost was around $300. The front desk was very nice and helpful, and the Doctor made sure to explain the issue, the recommended solution and an estimated cost. I would recommend, and would return if need be.

I especially appreciated meeting Dr. Gutierrez, who took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Great experience in getting my dog, Sadie, treated at this animal urgent care today. Without going into too many details about her procedure, our 12-year-old Boston Terrier was seen promptly and received top notch care. Upon checkout, we were given clear and helpful follow up instructions for her at home convalescent care. From start to finish, each member of the staff from the receptionist to the vet techs and veterinarian— all listened and responded with warmth and compassion. Our dog can be a bit of a handful as she suffers from anxiety that she’s had since the day we adopted her. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking prompt and urgent care. This will absolutely be our go to location if we ever need urgent help again for our animals.

I highly recommended Dr. Mason. She saved my dog’s life, My Golden Retriever had been sick for months. Different veterinary doctors saw him and couldn’t find what was wrong with him. We spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on tests and meds but nothing worked. Until my dog had to be taken to the emergency clinic. I had never been in this clinic before. I prayed that I could find a good doctor there, and I did!! 🙏 Doctor Mason found in a couple of hours what was wrong with him and the next day she performed surgery on my dog and 3 months later, my baby is gaining weight and getting better and better everyday! Dr. Mason is very very professional and her main goal is to help her patients. I am so grateful for this clinic. The front desk ladies are awesome as well. Since the moment I called the first time they were very kind and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend this clinic.

We've been here four times already, and each visit has been consistently great! Taking a pet to urgent care can be a stressful experience, but this team makes everything go smoothly and as stress-free as possible. Just the other day, we brought our dog in after she ate something she shouldn't have. As soon as we walked through the door and explained the situation, they took her back immediately—no waiting, no delays. It was such a relief to see how quickly and professionally they responded. Some might complain about the price, but to have peace of mind is priceless. I would do it all over again just to know that my dog is okay. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing urgent care for their pet. They truly go above and beyond!
