What really elevated the dish were the small corn tortillas, freshly made and warm, adding that unmistakable homemade touch. The guacamole was creamy and flavorful, and the chips and salsa were spot-on: crisp, fresh, and addictive. The ambience was cozy and welcoming, with a warm vibe that made us feel right at home. The service was friendly and attentive, and our food arrived promptly—no long waits, just fun vibes and great eats. What stood out most was the authentic flavor across the board, from the mains to the side sauces, especially the fiery habanero that packed a punch without overwhelming the palate. We were visiting family who took us to El Potro. 5 out of 5 on all topics. The staff, all the staff, was friendly and welcoming. The owner was in that night and was stopping by tables. He was absolutely charming. The food arrived promptly and in great amounts! In addition to friendly staff and good food... the restaurant was clean, the restrooms were clean, and the bar area was lovely. Thank you for a great visit
