I ordered the signature dish El Morro. It’s my favorite meal and I have had it over a hundred times. Today was the best serving I’ve ever had of it. Everything was on point from the char on the chorizo, the quality of the tortilla, temperature of the refried beans, and the size of the chicken strips. Sorry I didn’t get any photos. It was gone before I could take one.

Perfect, as usual! Love El Vaquero! Tried the bean dip tonight - it is delicious. My to-go margarita was with no ice (as requested, due to long drive home), so that was great. I've never had a complaint when dining in or to-go!

The food was amazing and my frozen margarita was delicious!! I totally recommend this place if you're looking for a good margarita! I'm sure the vibe is great, but there were so many crying kids tonight and it just was the worst... But that is something a restaraunt cannot control... I get it.

Started off with a house margarita, which was watered down & tasted as if it was batch made. The complimentary chips and salsa didn't disappoint since our little one asked for seconds. The guacamole bowl was delish! I ordered the carne asada which was delish. Ordered it with onions & mushrooms with oil due to dairy allergy if they cooked with butter. My husband had the steak fajitas which he stated were a little dry/well done but still ate it all. Overall a good meal.

Food was okay. Something easily found elsewhere. Service staff did give us refills constantly but came by really quickly so we couldn't ask for anything, such as a side of rice we were supposed to get but never came out. Price was higher than expected but not bad. Normally they are pretty good but seemed to have dropped the ball this time around.
