I have been a business and personal client of Elder and Isaac since 2018. My first year with them they refiled 3 years of business returns that my former CPA filed. I had been grossly overpaying my taxes and the billable hours were killing me. Today Elder and Isaac does my payroll and helps me with employee benefits. Also, they now handle my personal returns including rental properties, small business and w-2 jobs of my entire family. They are very, very good!

Elder & Associates uncovered many deductions and helped prepare my taxes for 2016. They did an excellent job and were very responsive throughout the process. They even did a follow up meeting after my taxes were submitted to educate me on things I could do in 2017 to better my return the following year. I would recommend these guys for anyone who owns their own business or works for themselves.

I had need of a CPA or other qualified tax preparation service to review / refile my income taxes. This firm didn't want to meet with me because I am a small business - one woman show. I'm not their typical customer. They directed me to call H&R Block or someone like them. The trouble with the other firms like the one they suggested is that I couldn't seem to get anyone on the phone. I practically begged them to help me, and they refused a customer.
