Clean warm pool with great lifeguards. Saw some of the same people that swim at my other pool. The front staff are soo nice. They treat you like family. I love it here.
My experience at E.G. Roberts Pool was extremely disappointing. The changing area had no stalls, which forced me to awkwardly juggle a towel while trying to change. Despite offering no privacy options, they still posted a sign saying ‘No Nudity,’ which felt unreasonable and frustrating. Overall, the lack of basic facilities made the visit far more stressful than it should have been. WOULD NOT GO TO AGAIN If you want it more intense, shorter, funnier, or more formal, I can adjust it!
Good place to go for a swim had a great time with my family the kids love it and I even got to do some laps and jumped up a pool board for the first time. Definitely going again.
I’ve been to Eleanor Pool several times, and unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. - On one occasion I drove all the way there only to discover the pool was closed due to “low staffing” with no prior communication. - Another time, after checking in, I was told the pool was “too busy” and asked to come back later. That is not how a public pool should operate. - Staff do not enforce or educate swimmers on basic lap-swimming etiquette (sharing lanes, splitting or circle swimming). Many swimmers act territorial and refuse to share lanes, and no one corrects them. - The atmosphere is often unpleasant and at times unsafe. I was harassed by another swimmer with clear behavioral issues, and staff did nothing. - The facilities themselves are poorly maintained — dirty, with visible cockroaches and no proper changing rooms. Since switching to LACES Pool, the difference has been night and day. The staff there are professional and respectful, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and there’s a proper locker room for swimmers. Sadly, Eleanor Pool does not meet even the most basic standards I’d expect from a public pool. I won’t be returning.
I'm giving 3 stars to this pool because the manager is not interested in helping parents with complaints and even runs away to not pay attention. They should put in charge of someone who is actually trained to care about parents who are for the children of one who have a job. They should also teach them how to treat people kindly since the woman in front of them receiving people is so rude her name is Jackie.
