Great store, with people who really know their craft! A few weeks ago, there was a Gazelle bike I was hoping to buy that was out-of-stock in most other stores. Mark was kind enough to place a warehouse order and got it for me! I’ve taken my bike back for maintenance, and their service was friendly and expert. I was really impressed with how Mark seems to know the torque rating of every bolt. Taught me a few new things about bike maintenance too! Highly recommend Electric Avenue for reliable and friendly bike services!

We purchased a bike for my husband from Audrey and Mark in November 2025. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. They made the process approachable, and answered all of my husband's questions and mine. We were able to test drive a slightly used Riese Müller, fell in love with it, and purchased same day. I felt very comfortable with the process and Mark was so helpful in explaining all of the technical specifications of the bike to me in detail. The bike selection process was easy and straightforward, and they had an array of bikes for us to look at and compare. The shop is well-maintained, their stock is absolutely beautiful, and I would strongly recommend individuals who are considering an e-bike to come here both for the education and for their purchase. Prices are more than reasonable. The atmosphere is like any amazing bike shop, with a lot of stock, many options, and a lot to look at and see.

This is a great mom and pop shop that caters to repair services as well as sales of ebikes and traditional bikes. One of the owners of the store Mark and is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly when it comes to the items he sells and services. He helped my son and I with all the questions we a long with giving us some tips and tricks that he's learned while working on bikes. I definitely recommend seeing him about servicing or purchasing a new bike. The shop has been in Austin for over 15 years!

Really loved the MSF "Scooter School" Safety course! Lonnie and Sue are great instructors that really guide you through the important things to know and basics of handling on 2 wheels. At the end of the course I felt a lot better about my ability to handle 2 wheels and would highly recommend it to anyone who is curious!
