My elderly neighbour asked for help on the 30th Dec when she had no hot water. It was holiday season and I was having no luck getting a local electrician when Marconi responded to my message. What a lovely guy in every way! He communicated perfectly, was ready with a replacement part, and was very reasonably priced. After some bad experiences with tradesmen during the year we were extremely grateful to Marconi for his prompt help and excellent service. Couldn’t be happier. Came same day to check out broken air con on a Thursday. Explained why is was broken and my options. New air con installed and running perfect by Tuesday. Great communication. So quick and easy. Marconi is absolutely lovely and great to work with. 120% recommend. ☺️😊

I found Mick on Facebook — what a truly professional and outstanding young man! He represents the best of the younger generation. Mick is direct, efficient, and never wastes your time. Just tell him what you need, and he’ll do his best to make it happen. He arrived on time, worked carefully, and stayed focused from start to finish. Even when a heavy thunderstorm hit during the final stage of the aircon installation, he kept going and finished the job perfectly. I was genuinely touched. Thank you so much, Mick. You’re amazing!
