UPDATE: After i wrote my review of disappointment. Someone from Electronic Analyst contacted me and we have resolved the issue with my Amp. They refunded me the $150 diagnostic fee for the error. I think this is great customer service. They did not have to do this. As a customer i am very statisfied with the resolution. i wish more businesses accepted accountability for mistakes like Electronic Analyst did. I left my orginal comments so everyone can get the full story. Ive changed my star rating from 1 to 4 stars. And i am very likely to do business with them again. Very disappointed. I brought my sub woofer in because it kept blowing the fuse. So i decided to bring my amp along with it because a 110v output plug was melted and i wanted it replaced. They called me a few days later to say the board for the sub was blown and its to old to find a replacement... fine understandable. The big issue is when they called. The guy was talking about the HDMI slots on my amp. And i was confused because i didnt bring the amp in for the HDMI plugs. So i had told him he has the wrong client. So he double checked and sure enough i was the right person. So i told him hes making a big mistake because i never once mentioned anything about the HDMI port ins needing service. And i explained it was only the 110V output that needed replacing. He said " well someone broke board for your HDMI ports because they dont work" so i explained they were working earlier that day before i dropped the amp off so the only one who could have broken the board was the technician" he explained he could replace the 110V output plugs but he said there is no point because there is no way to repair the HDMI ports. Safe to say "Jerry" ruined my amp that was working fine. "JERRY" decided to do work on the HDMI Ports on my amp he wasnt commissioned for. Now my amp is ruined. And they didnt even refund me my $150 they charged for ruining my amp. I highly recommend avoiding this place as their technician who calls himself "Jerry" breaks things hes not supposed to be working on
This shop is not the best for service. Would reccomend another shop if possible. The tech had issues diagnosing the problem and instead just didnt belive me. Additionally, when I called for pricing they said they can repair the product, but decided to replace the entire board. That's fine, but should have let me know about that. After this, then getting my reciver back, they gave me a remote that wasnt mine, and I had to go through a bit of trouble to get my remote back. The lady on phone initially told me it's not possible that they gave wrong remote and also didnt belive that would happen. JERRY specifically was helpful and everyone else is okay.
I would totally recommend to get your tv repaired there I took in a 75 inch Samsung in and had it back in 2.5 weeks Mike was great to work with when I dropped it off he took it inside and pulled the back of it right away and I had a call 2 hours later on a fix
Oh my God, this is a fraudulent company par excellence. I paid a lot of money for rotten services after they repaired my DJ mixer and I paid a large amount and after three months I received it on the basis that it was working. I trusted them so I did not try it and sold it to someone on Facebook and I was surprised that the man insulted me and said that I defrauded him, but I did not accept that. I returned the DJ mixer and gave the man his money back, but I will file a lawsuit against these foolish fraudsters.
If this could be zero stars, it would be, let me tell you a little story. There’s not a lot of repair shops in town, so these guys have cornered the market. Unfortunately for me And my 13 year old musician daughter It was a horrible experience! First started with me driving from South Cooking Lake to Edmonton to bring a Peavy SP2 PA speaker to be looked at that was donated from a friend of mine to help get my daughter started with her drums. When I brought it there, they diagnosed that the voice coil was Broken and they could repair it for me for $157.50 taxes included. I trust that would work and We would get a working speaker back, I got a call about a week later, letting me know that the voice coil could not be repaired and I would have to purchase a new speaker. I understand things happen, so I agreed to buy a new speaker even though they told me they could repair the one I brought. The new speaker arrived, and I called them to ask if I should just pick it up and install it myself and they told me no they would like to install it and test it before it leaves That was included in my $157.50 When I arrived with the new to have it installed, the technician who is doing the work seemed like he was a little upset on the short timeline The front had agreed to. With a comment like did you look at my bench? Probably shouldn’t argue like that in front of customers, so I said I had to go run an errand so I would leave for approximately a half an hour to give them a little space and time When I returned, the technician was smoking out front of the store, I asked him if he remembered to screw the Copper coil piece that was dangling back to the board and he said he did not. So, as he was taking apart, the horn of the speaker, I saw inside that nothing was plugged in and the part I was asking about was completely missing, all he kept saying oh it’s fine it’s fine I will fix it as he was struggling to try to plug it in without removing the speaker again. I responded no it is not fine, I have driven back-and-forth from South Cook Lake to have you guys do no repair, you slapped the speaker back in the cabinet without even plugging it in or testing it mind you, That is definitely not fine that you were going to send me home missing parts and with an untested speaker, oh we Will refund you your money says! It took them about 10 minutes just to find the missing part which you will see in the picture on the receipt, The speaker never would’ve worked without it, You also notice in the picture that they obviously dropped it because the bracket is bent now. So here’s wondering if it’s even gonna work when I put it all back together myself? It’s funny how places who screw up jump straight to oh we will refund you your money like it lets them off the hook. The way I look at it I’m out $60 in fuel and about four hours of my time for something I could’ve done in my garage with my own tools in about 20 minutes. I guess that makes it my fault for trusting a business to do with they are there to do. How these guys keep any customers is beyond me, I understand the market is very small for electronic repair, but do yourself a favour and look a little further as you guys do not want to go through what I just did. I hope this helps someone! If they were part of the Better Business Bureau, I would report them there as well Absolute scam
