I ordered an item from Express Electronics that was clearly listed on sale. The order was accepted and confirmed. Shortly afterward, the seller canceled the order, claiming a “listing error,” and then re-listed the exact same item at $400 higher. Regardless of the explanation given, canceling a confirmed order and immediately raising the price is extremely disappointing and undermines trust in the seller. If a price is listed and an order is accepted, customers reasonably expect it to be honored. After this experience, I found multiple similar complaints about this seller using the same practice. I recommend researching this company carefully before purchasing. In the end, it may have worked out for the better—I’d rather not do business with a seller that handles transactions this way. Buyer beware.

One of my favorite places to shop and it was a quick in and out and staff was very helpful. It is one place where you can put items on layaway at the sale price beats Walmart and the other big box stores

Great & helpful staff thats what sold me on the product unseen. Found my purchase on sale here after shopping elsewhere. Product was not displayed & had to travel to a warehouse for pickup.

I purchased a washer and dryer from Electronic Express, and my experience was extremely disappointing. When the delivery arrived, the dryer had a clear dent. The delivery team explained that the damage was already present in the warehouse and that they had been instructed to bring it anyway — either I accept it or it gets returned. I called the store immediately to explain what happened, but instead of offering a resolution, the staff became defensive and insisted they had no knowledge of the issue, even though the delivery team told me otherwise. This process wasted my Saturday — my only day off — waiting for the delivery, only to be told I would now have to reschedule on a workday and take time off for their mistake. I purchased a brand new washer and dryer, and what arrived was not what I paid for. The damage was obvious, with broken styrofoam and torn shrink wrap showing it had been mishandled before delivery. The delivery staff were honest about this, but I am still left with no solution from Electronic Express. Even though it is still during business hours and the store is open, nobody has called me back or communicated with the warehouse to resolve this situation. As a customer, I expected transparency, accountability, and respect for my purchase and my time. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision, and I also hope management takes responsibility and contacts me to resolve this issue.

This is my go to place for appliances and TVs. They have excellent stock when others don't. They have their national warehouse in Nashville. Always ask about stock at the warehouse if the store doesn't have your item available. They let you pick things up at the warehouse which is extremely convenient.
