Worst place ever. They completely ripped me off. I went in to buy a power bank because I needed to charge my phone immediately. They assured me it had battery and was ready to use, but the moment I stepped outside the shop, it stopped working. On top of that, I’m pretty sure they overcharged me. Terrible experience. avoid this place.

Completely shady store- won't let you return any item even if it is unopened and unused. Wouldn't give a receipt when asked and refused to give a refund for a very overpriced item that was found close by for 1/4 of the cost.

Horrible service. Went in to buy a portable charger and was sold one that had been previously returned, all scratched up but I can ignore cosmetic defects. What I can’t ignore is that it came apart once I took it out of the box and the store refused to honor my return, instead trying to scam me into buying another product and leading me in circles. Not to mention the guy I talked to kept chipping away at the screen. Don’t buy from them.

Many choices of cases in a very affordable price and good quality. I have been served by Naveed who explained everything very well and I recommend this shop to everyone ! Also I have bought plug and cable from this shop and I still use it and it’s very good quality.

Absolutely amazed by the experience of VVITEC Tottenham court road. My charge was low and they helped me charge at the shop at a time that I just didn’t have any way to communicate with my friends. Really helpful and worth having a look at their products that are at cheaper prices. Definitely recommend people to check out the latest phones they sell!
