Read good reviews about Elegant Alterations LLC. Took a pair of pants I wanted hemmed so they could see the type of material & pant width. Was quoted a PRICE/PANT to be hemmed. Stated I'd be back with the other pairs in several weeks. Arriving 2 weeks later with SAME SAME EXACT pants x3 pairs the price had mysteriously gone up $5/pants??? (I honestly think she forgot the initial price she quoted lol) I guess prices depend on her mood... NOT her previous quotes. She even tried to act like she never gave me a previous quote 😲 I would never discredit a small business (especially local) because times are hard. Would NOT recommend or patronize this establishment for business because I was VERY disappointed in their deceit in pricing. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

Have came here many time and they always do a great job! Usually pretty quick but there are some seasons where they’re busier so takes a bit longer but overall very prompt and great service!

I needed to have a suit altered for my son. The owner is very nice and for the work that was done, very reasonably priced. She had everything completed in about 2 weeks and the suit fit him perfectly.
