Best experience I’ve ever had getting a 10x12 rug cleaned! Amazing professional customer service over the phone initially, including pick up and delivery of my rug! I strongly recommend Elegant Rug Cleaning without hesitation. My old area rug which I inherited from my parents looks completely new after the rug cleaning. Peter is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. I had him pick up my rug before my remodel which took longer than expected. Peter was very understanding when I couldn’t have my rug back until the remodel was completed.

I had 8 rugs cleaned varying from wool pile, Afghan, Persian, Indian, Turkish, Berber, etc. from our travels, 2 of which were unraveling. Peter was great at communicating throughout the process and returned them in pristine condition. So happy with the results. Wish I knew about them sooner. Can't believe I waited so long to get them done like this. They all look like new and the pickup and delivery including reinstall was above and beyond any expectations.
